Students learn in a friendly relaxed atmosphere from accomplished instructors. We instruct step- by- step, emphasizing basic principals, balance and movement.
Vicki Norman's journey started at a young age. Beginning with years of Yoga and eventually studying Judo with the Budokan Judo Association, under Insturctor G. B. Spillman. Passionate about Tai Chi she followed her teacher (Disciple Han Hoong Wang) across the United States and China, seeking training from the Yang Masters.
